Welcoming International Talent: smarter strategies for medium-sized cities

Cities need international talent to fill high-level job vacancies. Big cities have always managed to do this, but for medium-sized cities, this can be a challenge. In this project, we develop and exchange smart urban approaches to attract and retain talent from abroad. With a focus on collaboration: how can companies, universities and other organisations join forces?

The participating cities are Bielsko Biala, Groningen, Debrecen, Leuven, Magdeburg, Parma and Zlin. It is sponsored by the URBACT programme.
