Białystok, with a population of almost 300,000 is a city located in northeastern Poland. It is the administrative, economic, and academic centre of the Podlaskie region. Funding for the park has been arranged, the location has been selected (south of the city centre), and infrastructures are being constructed. Preliminary ideas have been developed on the content focus on the science park. However, there is no clear concept yet, nor a management structure for the park. This paper provides some ideas and suggestions.
